Assegenik srl has developed a unique abatement system which is comprised of a compact structure with simple installation. The system is very effective in eliminating UNPLEASANT ODOURS, SOOT, DUSTS, OILY RESIDUES and other typical pollutants exist in emissions derived from various cooking processes (with use of OILS, on DRY surface, with use of WOODS, etc …) The Assegenik abatement system is studied and dimensioned for the environment such as a hotel, a restaurant or a pizzeria. While maintaining the efficacy already proven by larger models of biomass heaters in industrial sectors, the PIZZA FILTER abatement system is compact and lighter. Whether they are small kitchens or large pizzerias with several wood ovens, all kinds of smokes loaded with odours, dusts, soot, oily residues derived from general food cooking process are completely “removed” and neutralised by abatement treatment with Assegenik technology. This allows us to release emissions into atmosphere without causing any kind of problem, in terms of legal level of pollutant concentration or unpleasant odours which are always the cause of disagreements and complaints. Dimensions of PWS FOODFILTER The FOODFILTER series is being designed to assume several configurations. The one proposed in the layout minimises horizontal space consumption as it is developed vertically. Still, it is possible to move the two fundamental components, the abatement system and the collecting and wash water recycling tank, as needed.
